1. Introduction

1.1 The aim of this document is to inform you of the way we process personal information. You will find here information on what data we collect, how do we use it and you will also find information on how to contact us, if you have any questions regarding processing your personal data or exercise your rights as a data subject.
We follow the data protection legislation while processing the personal data.

2. Controller of the personal data

2.1 For the purposes of this Policy the controller of the personal data is:

3. Personal data

3.1 What is the scope of processed personal data?
We process personal data in scope that is not wider than what is necessary for high-quality service delivery in compliance with the applicable legal acts or for purposes of meeting the legal obligations of the Controller. Those data we process based on the consent are stored in the scope they were given by the data subject.
3.2 What categories of personal data do we process?
- identifying information: eg. degree, first name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, email address
- address: fixed or temporary place of residence, address, supply point address
- another personal data: eg. bank account number and other personal data that arise from a particular contract or law
3.3 For what purposes we process personal data?
- for the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation (in particular accounting, archival or tax obligation)
- due to legitimate interest of the data controller (direct marketing of our own products, sending commercial communication)
- marketing and commercial offers of products and services
- maintenance of partner database
3.4 How do we process personal data?
Personal data are processed in electronic format by means of computing or in physical form.
3.5 How long do we process personal data?
We process personal data depending on the purpose for the duration of any contractual relationship and no more than 10 years after termination of the last contract with DEOS.CZ,
s.r.o. or until withdrawal of the consent.
For the purpose of sending information about new products, special sales and related information we process you data for 5 years.
3.6 Is giving my personal data necessary?
Providing personal data is voluntary same as conclusion of a contract with DEOS.CZ, s.r.o. Some of the personal data are however necessary for fulfilling legal obligations when concluding a contract on supply of goods or provision of services and without some of the personal data we are unable to provide those.
3.7 From what sources do we obtain personal data?
We process especially data that were provided by you in relation with contractual negotiations on supply of goods or services. Also data from public resources or from our potential customers.
3.8 How do we protect personal data?
Personal data are under constant physical, electronic and procedural control and DEOS.CZ, s.r.o. has monitoring, technological and security mechanisms that guarantee maximal security of processed data against unauthorised access or transmission, against their loss or destruction, as well as against other possible abuse of the data collected.
3.9 To whom we provide personal data?
We provide personal data to state authorities, if this obligation is set in law and also when necessary for protection of the rights of our company. DEOS.CZ, s.r.o. may entrust processing of personal data to a third party, the so called processor. Processing of data is possible only under conclusion of a contract, which binds the processor to at least an identical degree of data protection, as DEOS.CZ, s.r.o. provides. Therefore some data can be transferred to contractors who provide services for us that consist of postal services, delivery of goods, IT services and services of Google Inc.

4. Rights of the data subject

4.1 In accordance with current legislation you are entitled to exercise your rights as a data subject. You have the right to:
- access the information we process about you
- transfer of the data to different controller
- correct inaccurate information we store about you
- to be forgotten, to erasure or restriction of processing, but only if it is not necessary to process these data due to legislative obligation or in order to continue providing our services.
